What an amazing turnout we had today at The General for Memorial Day Murph! Could not have asked for a better push by all of you. Thank you to everyone who participate in our event. Please spread the word about our gym in the community. Our goal is to build a unique environment of community of local athletes and together support each other to reach new goals. The General Performance Training is a place for anyone at any skill level, a place without prejudice, a place where everyone can grow.
